Who we are
High Standards Coaching LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates highstandardscoaching.com and provides functional health coaching programs and digital products. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically as you use the site.
- Contact and account information — name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you opt in, apply, or purchase.
- Application and intake information — the health history, symptoms, goals, and lab results you choose to share with us in an application, intake form, or coaching session.
- Payment information — processed by our third-party payment processor. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits of your card; we never store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage and device information — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
To deliver the programs and products you purchase; to review applications and respond to you; to send confirmations, program logistics, and service messages; to send marketing email you have opted into; to process payments and prevent fraud; to improve the site; and to comply with legal obligations.
Health information
We are a coaching practice, not a covered entity under HIPAA, and the health information you share with us is generally not protected health information under that law. We nonetheless treat it as confidential: it is used only to serve you within your program, it is stored in access-controlled systems, and it is never sold. We do not share your health information with advertising platforms, and health information is never included in the data sent to our advertising or analytics providers.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — payment processing, email delivery, scheduling, course hosting, lab ordering, and analytics — each bound to use it only for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a merger or sale of the business.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and pixels, including the Meta pixel, to understand how the site is used and to measure and target advertising. These tools may record page views, opt-ins, and purchases, and may associate them with your Meta account. You can control cookies through your browser settings and ad personalization through your Meta ad preferences.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message; we will still send transactional messages about programs you have purchased. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, or opt out of certain sharing. Email us and we will respond within the timeframe your law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Retention, security, and children
We keep personal information as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our services are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and where required we will notify you directly.
Terms of Service
Agreement
By using this site or purchasing a program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
Programs and what they are
Our programs are educational health coaching. They may include functional lab interpretation, protocols, group and individual calls, written materials, and community access, as described on the page where you purchased. We may substitute a comparable element or reschedule a session where necessary, and we will tell you when we do.
Payment and payment plans
Prices are in US dollars and are charged at purchase. If you select a payment plan, you authorize us to charge the remaining installments automatically on the same day of each subsequent month until the balance is paid. A payment plan is a commitment to the full program price, not a subscription you can cancel partway through. If a payment fails we will retry and contact you; access may be paused until the balance is current, and unpaid balances may be referred for collection.
Refunds
Because our programs deliver digital materials and personalized clinical work immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable unless a specific guarantee is stated in writing on the offer page for that program. Where a guarantee is offered, its stated terms and deadline control. Missed calls and unused materials are not grounds for a refund.
Scheduling and cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a 1:1 call. Calls cancelled with less notice, or missed, are considered delivered. Program access periods run from the start date stated on the offer page and do not extend for unused time.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
All materials — guides, protocols, recordings, reference cards, and course content — are our property and are licensed to you for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, share logins, or distribute them. Group programs depend on trust: what other participants share in calls and community spaces stays there.
No guarantee of results
Client stories and lab improvements shown on this site are individual results and are not a promise of what you will experience. Outcomes depend on your physiology, your history, and how fully you implement the protocol.
Limitation of liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or a program is limited to the amount you paid us for that program, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.

High Standards Coaching provides functional health education and coaching. We are not physicians, we do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site or in any program is a substitute for medical advice from a licensed provider who knows your case.
Lab interpretation we provide is educational and uses functional reference ranges, which differ from the standard ranges your physician uses. Always consult your physician before starting or stopping any supplement, medication, or protocol, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a diagnosed condition, or taking prescription medication.
